Graduation announcements and other memorabilia can be purchased through Jostens. Orders may take up to three weeks to be processed, so order early at www.jostens.com or call 800-854-7464.
Graduates who will need disability accommodations should contact the Office of Academic Records at 312-329-4469 to ensure that their needs are properly cared for. Requests for sign language interpreters or other disability accommodation needs must be made no later than April 8th, 2022, by contacting arecords@moody.edu.
Graduating students must attend their respective rehearsal, as it will help to limit confusion on the day of the graduation. For the undergraduate rehearsal, there will be bus transportation to and from Moody Church, beginning at 12:15 pm.

Undergraduate line-up will begin at 9:15 am in the Sankey Auditorium in the lower level of The Moody Church. Buses will be available to take students and guests to Commencement from the Chicago campus of Moody Bible Institute beginning at 8:00 am. Family and friends are welcome to use the buses to get to Moody Church from the MBI campus.
Doors open for the undergraduate ceremony at 8:45 am at the Moody Church.
Seminary and Graduate line-up will begin at 1:15 pm on the second floor of the Sweeting Center. Parking will be available for graduates and guests on the Chicago campus.
Doors open for the graduate ceremony at 1 pm at Torrey-Gray Auditorium.
Friends and guests of graduates can enter from these times up until the ceremony begins. Late arrivals may be denied entry until the processional is complete. Seating will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. No tickets are required.
Please dress in unaltered cap and gown. Remember, this is a solemn and formal academic ceremony.
Graduates who have confirmed their participation in Commencement will have their cap and gown ordered for them by the Office of Academic Records. Honor cords will be distributed based on each student's current GPA or the GPA the student earned when the academic program was completed.
Graduates may pick up their cap and gown at our annual Grad Finale, Thursday, April 21, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. Graduates who are unable to get their regalia on that day may pick up their cap and gown after the Grad Finale at Moody Central during regular business hours. Graduates coming from out of town may pick up their cap and gown prior to the ceremony.
Students will receive their diploma cover during the in-person graduation ceremony. Actual diplomas will be mailed after all grades have been received from faculty and student's degrees conferred by the Office of Academic Records. If all course work has been completed and all grades have been posted on time, diplomas will be mailed out of our Chicago office by the end of June for May graduates and the end of August for July graduates.

Graduates returning for a Commencement event may park on campus in Lot C. Parking permits will not be required during the GRAD Finale or the day of your Commencement ceremony. If you have any questions about parking, please e-mail Facilities at facilities@moody.edu.
